Community Outreach Trailer

If you’re hosting an event and want to use our Community Outreach Trailers or Equipment we’ve got everything you need!
The PMBA provides a trailer, concessions equipment, and supplies for your event.
This trailer includes a 10x10 tent, tables and coolers to assist in hosting an event, block party, fair, or other outreach event in the location you choose.
You may choose individual concession machines, or all of them, plus the supplies.
  • Popcorn machine - comes with popcorn, oil, scoop and serving bags
  • Sno-Cone machine - comes with syrup(s), pumps, scoop, and serving cones
  • Cotton Candy machine - comes with floss sugar, serving cones, bags and twist ties
  • Hot Dog cooker/roller - comes with serving trays - you supply the hotdogs.
  • 9 Square In The Air Game ($25 Rental Fee)
You have the option to rent the entire trailer plus machines or just the machines by themselves.
There is a nonrefundable $50 usage fee for the use of the trailer. Any additional cost for machines and supplies are on the application forms and will be invoiced after your event.
Confirmation of your reservation cannot be made until your $50 non-refundable usage fee (if applicable), and the completed application are received at the office of the Pilot Mountain Baptist Association.

Payments by Check:
Checks should be made payable to the Pilot Mountain Baptist Association with “Community Outreach Trailer” or COT written in the memo portion of the check.
